We support and sponsor local people, including women and young people, to build leadership and development skills through programs including the Australian Rural Leadership Program (ARLP) and TSRA’s Assistance with Tertiary Education Scheme (ATES). Assistance with Tertiary Education Scheme

Are you a Torres Strait Islander or Aboriginal person living in the Torres Strait region (including Bamaga and Seisia) and currently undertaking your first bachelor’s degree at university?

TSRA’s Assistance with Tertiary Education Scheme (ATES) scholarships are now open. Apply by 5pm (AEST) 15 February 2025.

The TSRA is offering scholarships valued up to $6,000 per year to full-time students, enrolled in, or currently completing their first bachelor’s degree at university.
