Native Title Prescribed Bodies Corporate Capacity Building Initiatives

The TSRA’s Native Title Programme Prescribed Bodies Corporate Special Grant Funding Round 2021-1 is closed.

This Special Grant Round provided funding support to PBCs and to ensure addressing the aims of capacity building.  Eligible projects under this Programme includes:

• Administrative costs associated with establishing and maintaining a PBC Office;
• Initiatives that increase the capacity of elected PBC Officers to perform their duties;
• Initiatives that support PBCs to engage with communities on Native Title issues; and
• Projects that support PBCs to protect, maintain and progress Native Title rights and recognition over the region’s land and sea country.
