Torres Strait Regional Authority (TSRA) is seeking expressions of interest from Indigenous businesses or individuals living in the region who are looking for a unique business opportunity to operate a food and beverage service with flair, creativity and imagination that meets the demand for high quality healthy and regional cuisine.

An opportunity exists for an Indigenous operator/business to lease the café located within the Gab Titui Cultural Centre (GTCC).  The café complements and enhances the visitor experience offered at the GTCC.
