The Land & Sea Management Unit works in collaboration with a range of partners to coordinate the delivery of a number of local, regional and cross-regional activities that align with the Land & Sea Management Strategy for Torres Strait.
Activities support a range of outcomes for Torres Strait Islander and Aboriginal people living in the region, including the employment of Project Officers and Rangers and sustainable community-based management approaches to land and sea management.
